What we insure

Coverage for your life, your work
and everything in between

Fourteen lines of coverage under one roof — and one agent who knows how they fit together, so you're not paying twice for the same protection or leaving a gap you didn't know about.

Auto Insurance

Oklahoma and Texas set different minimums for liability, PIP and property damage — that's only the starting point. We build a policy with the liability, collision, comprehensive and uninsured-motorist limits that actually match what you drive and what you'd have to replace.

Multi-car & multi-policy discounts →

Homeowners Insurance

Oklahoma and Texas homes carry risks most states don't — wind, hurricane deductibles, roof age rules, water damage, sinkhole and hail questions. We walk through the exclusions line by line so you know exactly what is and isn't covered before storm season.

Wind & hurricane guidance included →

Motorcycle Insurance

Cover the bike, the gear and the rider. We look at accessory coverage for custom parts, passenger liability, and the medical protection riders in Oklahoma and Texas most often discover they're missing after a claim.

Cruisers, sport & touring →

Renters Insurance

Your landlord's policy covers the building, not your belongings. For a few dollars a month you get your possessions replaced, personal liability protection, and somewhere to stay if the unit becomes unliveable.

Often under $20 a month →

Boat & Watercraft

From flats boats and bay boats to cruisers and jet skis. We cover hull, motor, trailer, on-water towing and liability — and check that your navigation area actually includes where you launch, whether that's an Oklahoma lake or the Texas coast.

Trailer & on-water towing →

Landlord Insurance

A rental property is a business asset, and a standard homeowners policy won't respond to it. We cover the structure, liability, and loss of rental income while the unit is being repaired after a covered claim.

Single units to small portfolios →

Personal Umbrella

When a lawsuit exceeds your auto or home liability limits, the difference comes out of your savings. An umbrella policy adds a million dollars or more of protection on top — usually for less than most people expect.

Sits above your existing policies →

General Liability

The foundation policy for any Oklahoma or Texas business. Covers third-party bodily injury, property damage and the legal defence costs that come with them — and satisfies the certificate of insurance most clients and landlords ask for.

COIs issued fast →

Workers' Compensation

Rules differ between Oklahoma and Texas — Oklahoma requires it for most employers, while Texas famously allows employers to opt out. We handle classification codes, payroll audits and exemption questions so your premium reflects the work you actually do.

Construction & trades welcome →

Business Auto & Property

Vehicles, tools, stock, equipment and the building itself. Whether you run one van or a small fleet across Oklahoma and Texas, we make sure hired and non-owned exposure is covered — the gap that catches most growing businesses out.

Fleets, tools & contents →

Surety Bonds

Contractor licence bonds, performance bonds, notary bonds and court bonds. Tell us which agency or contract is asking and for how much, and we'll place it — usually the same day for standard licence bonds.

Licence, performance & notary →

Commercial Property

Buildings, fit-outs, signage, inventory and business interruption. Across Oklahoma and Texas that means reading the wind deductible and flood exclusion carefully — we show you the numbers before you sign, not after a storm.

Wind & flood explained plainly →

Business Owner's Package

Small business? Bundling liability and property into a single BOP is usually cheaper than buying them separately — and it means one renewal date, one bill and one agent to call.

Bundled & simplified →

Life Insurance

Term for the years your family is most exposed — mortgage, kids, income — or permanent cover that builds value over time. We start with what your household would actually need, then find the policy that funds it.

Term & permanent options →

Disability Insurance

Your ability to earn is the asset everything else rests on. Short and long-term disability cover replaces a portion of your income if illness or injury keeps you out of work — including cover built for self-employed Oklahomans and Texans.

Income protection →

Fixed Annuities

A guaranteed rate and a predictable income stream for retirement, without market exposure. We explain surrender periods, rate guarantees and payout options in plain English before anything is signed.

Retirement income planning →

Policy Reviews

Life changes faster than policies do. New house, new baby, new business, a car paid off, a teen driver added. Bring your current declarations pages in and we'll tell you honestly what to change and what to leave alone.

Free annual check-up →

Claims Assistance

When something happens, you call us — not a call centre. We help you report the claim, chase the adjuster and translate what the carrier is telling you, from the first notice to the final settlement.

A real person answers →

About the agency

Independent since 1982 — and still answering our own phone

Freeline Insurance is a privately owned agency based in Oklahoma City. We've been writing policies for Oklahoma City families and businesses for more than forty years, and now extend that same coverage to clients across Texas, through storms, market shake-ups and every rewrite of insurance rules along the way.

Because we're independent, we work for you and not for a single carrier. That means when your renewal jumps, we can shop it — instead of shrugging.

  • One agent, every policy. Home, auto, boat and business handled by the same person who knows your file.
  • Plain-English explanations. We show you what the exclusions mean before you buy, not after a claim.
  • Oklahoma & Texas-specific expertise. Wind mitigation, roof age, flood zones, tornado deductibles and 4-point inspections.
  • Personal and commercial under one roof. Your household and your company, coordinated together.

How it works

Three steps to a better policy

No long forms, no obligation, and no charge for the quote. Most people are done in a single phone call.

01

Tell us what you need covered

Call, email or send the form. Have your current declarations page handy if you have one — it makes the comparison far more accurate.

02

We shop the market

We run your details across the carriers we're appointed with and come back with real options side by side — coverage, deductibles and price, explained.

03

You choose, we handle the rest

Pick the policy that fits. We bind it, send your documents and certificates, and stay on as your agent for renewals, changes and claims.

Why an independent agent

A captive agent has one quote. We have several.

A direct carrier can only ever sell you their own product. When their rates rise or they pull back from your ZIP code, that's your problem to solve. As an independent agency we hold appointments with multiple Oklahoma and Texas insurers, so shopping your renewal is part of the service rather than a fresh start somewhere else.

  • Bundle and save. Home plus auto, or business plus personal — combined discounts are the easiest money most clients leave on the table.
  • Coverage gaps found early. We look at your policies together, not one at a time.
  • We stay after the sale. Renewal reviews, mid-term changes and claims support are included.
  • Quotes cost nothing. If we can't beat what you have, we'll tell you that too.

What Oklahoma & Texas clients say

The three cards below are placeholders. Replace the quotes and names with real reviews from your Google Business Profile or Facebook page before this page goes live.

"Paste a real client review here — ideally one that mentions the specific coverage they bought and how quickly you responded."

"A second real review belongs here. Business-insurance clients are worth featuring — they reassure a different kind of visitor than homeowners do."

"A claims story makes the strongest third review — someone you helped through a storm or accident claim from first notice to settlement."

Questions

The things people ask first

No. Quoting is free and carries no obligation. We'll compare your current coverage against what our carriers can offer and give you the numbers side by side. If your existing policy is already the better deal, we'll say so.

For auto: driver's licence numbers, vehicle VINs and your current declarations page. For home: the address, year built, roof age and any wind mitigation report. For business: your operations, payroll and revenue estimates. If you don't have all of it, call anyway — we'll work with what you have.

Flood is almost never included in a standard homeowners policy in Oklahoma or Texas — it's a separate policy, written either through the NFIP or a private flood carrier. We'll check your flood zone and quote it alongside your home coverage so you can see the real total cost of protecting the property.

Yes, and it's usually the better arrangement. Keeping your household and your company with the same agency means the coverage is coordinated, the renewals are reviewed together, and you have one person to call rather than three.

It depends on your state, industry and headcount. Oklahoma construction businesses generally need it from the first employee; most non-construction Oklahoma employers are required at four or more. Texas is unique in allowing most private employers to opt out of the state system entirely, though many still choose to carry it. Corporate officers may be able to file an exemption. Call us with your setup and we'll tell you where you stand.

Call the office. We'll help you report it to the carrier, tell you what documentation to gather, and follow up with the adjuster on your behalf. You are not left navigating a claims hotline alone.

Our office is in Oklahoma City and most of our clients are in the Oklahoma City area, but we're licensed for Oklahoma and Texas and write policies across both states. Everything can be handled by phone and email if you're not local.
